[PS] Game speed goes to 3x on its own when first loading into a save

I've been having a strange issue with the live mode game speed going into 3x the fastest speed on its own when I first load into a save and I have to fight it to keep it at normal speed as everytime I make it go back it just goes to fast forward again. Has been happening since the January update and is still continuing after the February 12th update. It happens on both my saves (I only have two) for at least the first five minutes of live mode gameplay after I've loaded in. I don't use the resume save function, always load it into the world screen and select my household from there to play to give it time to load everything in properly. I'm on ps4 console, no mods/CC and I don't use in game cheats.
