This issue has been happening since I purchased the game and seems to come and go. Lately, it's been every time I play and completely game-breaking, making me want to throw my console into traffic.

Hopefully people get more reports have about 6000 hours in the sims on PS4 but playing on PS5 now. Create a sim is where it pops up alot after spending an hour making my sim only to not be able to fill in details to save them.
