Pump It Up Classes Glitches

My sims owns a gym small business and I've placed the free weights from Adventure Awaits. The option to Teach a Pump It Up Class does not trigger the class to start and nothing happens. I don't even get paid for it, and there is no option for the class to end. After my business is closed, there is always one Pump It Up Class Member lingering around my lot and they will not leave. There is no option to send them home and I have to go into manage worlds and manually make them go home. I deleted my mods and it still happened.
