Pushing the limits isn't available for jogging while energized

Pretty much the title. While your sim is energized, the jogging action while always remain the same and never switch to "push to limits", no matter how often you repeat. If your sim loses the energized mood, pushing the limits becomes available immediately. Tested this with energized decor.

Independent of "Active" CAS trait or fitness level. The treadmill isn't affected by this bug.
