Yes, I did completely remove those files as well.
I own Discover University, Eco Lifestyle, Get Together, Seasons, Snowy Escape, Werewolves, Vampires, Realm of Magic, Spa Day, My Wedding Stories, Jungle Adventures, Nifty Knitting, Perfect Patio, Backyard Stuff, Fitness Stuff, and a few stuff packs.
OK, then some of these are probably from a pack you don't own
S-Pop for example is City Living.
You should have Japanese Folk which is Snowy escape. I don't have the time to look them all up.
Did you test multiple stereos ?
Also could you answer this: To be sure, you are missing the stations or is there some other issue ?

No, S-Pop came with Snowy Escape.
The stations I'm supposed to have are all there and clickable. Clicking on them just doesn't work.
I have tested every stereo/radio in game. Those stations won't play, and sims can not listen to, or dance to them. This bug effects every stereo/radio except the earbuds from Fitness Stuff.

Guess then the info I found was wrong.
I can't duplicate this in my game, I can hear the music fine. You hear nothing at all, not the wrong songs, right ?
do they play fine from the audio menu ?

Yes, when I go to Game Options and listen to them there they can play. I made sure they all have the green check.
They just don't work in Live mode. No music plays.
