since the latest update, even though I am not interested in fairies, and therefore will not be getting the new EP, a lot of the sims in my worlds have fairy makeup. I am finding this really annoying. If anyone from EA reads this, would you please consider removing this feature. Just bring it in for those who want the EP, not for the rest of us.
talking of the new EP, since when are fairies natural or a part of nature? I was really disappointed after reading the name of the new EP to discover what it is all about.
I would second sims player818’s point that fairies are often considered guardians or the spirits of nature. But also, the pack has not been released yet, nor have we received whatever base game update will accompany it, so I don’t believe there’s any “fairy makeup” in game. Do you have any screenshots of the makeup that’s bothering you?

Maybe is actually the new LGBT+ make up? Its happening with me, like many auto generated townies are using it on the daily.

thornwill I was wondering that myself. Looking at my Townies I'm not seeing it but I've got hats, big earrings and gloves with bright blush on their cheeks.
I love the new rainbow inspired eye makeup but add it for parties and formal wear.

A lot of my townies have the makeup with all their different types of dress. And it is not normal makeup, but starts and things around their eyes.

This makeup? It was added in April as part of a Pride-themed SDX drop. I can't say that I've seen it on my townies, but they do sometimes make strange fashion choices! Not sure if this is better or worse than the mask my Sim's friend showed up to his birthday wearing.
