Rainbow eyeshadow gets excessively added to NPCs situational/role outfits

Some men sims (haven't seen on a woman sim) wear makeup/eyeshadow in-game that is not in CAS.  So you'll see men NPC in gameplay and he has colorful that eyeshadow. I have tried to take it off in ca...

Hi Cade, 
Happy to send you my save file, if it would help you/us. 
After my message from two months ago the problem quieted down a bit, but re-surfaced a week or so ago.
However, I don't use either OneDrive or GoogleDrive.....and the save file has approx. 14.850 KB of data. 
Can I send that as a direct attachment??
