Both adult sims have milestone moodlets, but have never experienced those milestones. One has the Sting of Rejection (from Recalling a Milestone), the other has Hated and Sad About It and Bladder Blunder. I've checked both of their Milestone panels, and neither have milestones associated with these moodlets. I have also never seen these moodlets pop-up for either of them until today after updating the game.

My sim has existed for half a day and met 0 other sims & has the "hated & sad about it" moodlet.
I also have this issue.
My Sim is also experiencing this moodlet, despite having no matching milestone to have reflected upon. I made him right after the glass walls update dropped, and I have never used mods in his save file.
Same here. A fairly new save file. I feel like it started when the Nature's Calling event started.

I've been experiencing this issue across multiple saves where human sims are getting moodlets relating to vampire milestones they've never had, because they've never been vampires.

My sim finds it hard to be around... Themself? It listed the sims own name in a moodlet about being around other. An event in the sims history I could not recall or find in the ui list for milestones.
I have it as well, my sim has the "Hated and Sad About It" moodlet, but the only milestone she has is "Manifested as a Fairy."
