Both adult sims have milestone moodlets, but have never experienced those milestones. One has the Sting of Rejection (from Recalling a Milestone), the other has Hated and Sad About It and Bladder Blunder. I've checked both of their Milestone panels, and neither have milestones associated with these moodlets. I have also never seen these moodlets pop-up for either of them until today after updating the game.

RandomWeightedLoots aren't running correctly...?? This is from a brand new save file where the lot was not and was not ever "Off The Grid". I have seen at least one other instance of similar / phantom "off the grid" trait on Reddit.
Additionally, I have seen on Reddit mention of a phantom "Unflirty" trait, although the sim never had this trait & was actually a "Lovebug"... a phantom self-discovery moment!
This is awful... how might it be impacting the RandomWeightedLoots for the new Balance/Ailments system? Not to mention other considerations... this seems to be having a pretty broad impact.My whole sims family keeps getting Vampire milestone reflections...they're all human.
Chiming in to say I've got this glitch too. Fairy Sim who wasn't even 6 sim hours old getting the "Hated and Proud of It" moodlet. Her only milestone is manifesting as a fairy and she hasn't made any enemies. She had just made friends with a visiting fairy the first time it popped up. It came back again the next morning when she woke up.
Vote up for this-- Bladder blunder happening to almost all mine also.. Never happened to any of them.
How the heck did EA stuff up the coding to make this happen?? 😆..😒I guess they also don't know..
also having this issue- just had my sim get the sunburnt moodlet for reflecting on a milestone having to do with burning in the sun as a vampire and another moodlet for placing a star as a famous sim. he is neither of these.
My sims is experiencing Sting of Rejection. She's a child sim, never been rejected in anyway. I don't know why this is happening to her.

I keep getting this as well when my sim makes phone calls, they are not off the Grid!
I keep getting "new sibling" milestone for sims that are 1st generation, thus have no parents to give them siblings.
Sometimes the same sim will get 2 or 3 of those milestones.I have CONSISTENTLY been getting the "bladder blunder" moodlet for every single sim since the patch update.
