Sometimes sims who are just walking through the neighborhood seem to cut through my sims’ backyard and house. My sims don’t know them, and haven’t invited them in. They just walk through and go?

I do not know if its 100% the same but I have seen this kind of stuff. People congregate on edge of my lot in Henford-on-Bagley. They just show up and stand around having conversions. All while standing 100% on my lot. At one point someone dropped a university homework just outside the lot edge and I could not remove it.
Do they walk through your house or just stand outside ?
Mine where just standing around on an unused space on the lot.

I think I know that lot. Sims would just congregate there and chat it up all day. I thought it was the town dynamic.
