Sometimes sims who are just walking through the neighborhood seem to cut through my sims’ backyard and house. My sims don’t know them, and haven’t invited them in. They just walk through and go?

This happened all the time when I played Island Living. I thought it was a part of the island culture because it didn't happen in the other worlds. Just in Sulani. Random local Sims would walk through the house, get water and leave. Like, what???
