Sometimes sims who are just walking through the neighborhood seem to cut through my sims’ backyard and house. My sims don’t know them, and haven’t invited them in. They just walk through and go?

This has been happening for two or three months, 1 apartment in San Mochino. They will just walk thru the apartment, for no reason. Then they are gone. My sim cannot interact with them, and they are not clickable.
