The tasks to plant a lily and snapdragon won't mark as completed.
Also, the mailperson just stands in front of my sim's mailbox and keeps waving while thinking of the mailbox. It's not a routing problem on my end, because the mailbox is in an open space. The mailperson's thought bubble isn't indicating any issues, they're just constantly waving and not giving me my mail. So I can't receive the Ambrosia Society Newsletter!

It's the mailmen loop one. I currently have two mailmen stuck on my lot, waving. I tried repairing my game and removing mods. It still isn't working.

I tried clearing my cache through the EA app, but I can try to do it manually. I will try repairing my game again and see if that helps. Other than that, I tried all the work arounds other players suggested with no success.
Okay, I repaired the game and cleared the cache. Opened the game and the mailpeople were still stuck in a loop. Replaced the mailbox with a different one and the mail was able to be delivered. But now the tasks are gone and cannot be checked off so I'm not getting any points for reading the newsletter or planting the flowers. I can't do anything to progress and can't unlock the rest of the rewards for this week.
I have the same mailman problem, have no mods. I have removed and moved the mail box from their way but they keep going to the new one
