Same on my end. Never had any mods installed, new game character. Newsletter disappeared from my inventory after I tried reading it.
Issue still happening, tried the following so far and no luck:
- Move household to another home/map;
- Starting a new game;
- Tried all available mailboxes;
- Reinstalled the game 3x;
- Repaired the game once.
