[RGS] Wishing Well: Failure to Generate Sims for Romance Wish

Whenever I wish for romance and it turns white in the well before someone would appear from the well. For some reason this just started a month ago, no one will appear from the well turning white. The soulmate for the person wishing will not appear.

    Also having this issue, both positive and negative outcomes of wish for romance don't generate a new sim. The animation plays but there is no pop-up, and the sim can instantly make another wish.
