[RL] Candles don't have flames

Does this happen in a vanilla game (without mods)?

This is a thing since forever... if you turn off all candle and turn back on there will be flames... as soon as you get far from the houselot, or play on speed 3 I believe, the flames goes away... its nothing new, but would be nice if it was fixed... torches too have this issue, from island living and other packs.

I never saw this problem with other candles before.
