Too bad my report was merged with this one. I have nothing against the need to know relatives personally before adding them. I believe it is reasonable enough. My issue is that I cannot add siblings of a spouse or other more distant relatives, even if we are best friends and live together so I have to use various workarounds - which works, but I don't see the need to use them justified.
Most likely because of me reporting that in here
I agree, should be separate bugs.
