When creating a dynasty, It's not possible to add distant family. My king/queen needs to be friends with every single person in the family tree, even the infants and toddlers to add them. My legacy is 25 vampires, my king can't be friends with all of them to add them . This must be a bug.
I'm not using any mods. I'm on PC.

I tried to add Arnessa Thebe to the Thebe dynasty but there are no sims showing up for Cordelia to add. I even made her and Arnessa best friends and lovers (ugh) but there is no way to add her in sadly. If that is how the game is intended to work it's really sad that important familys and family members from other packs are not included in the dynasty mechanic.
