[RL] Dynasty Unity Crisis with only one Member

Currently my Dynasty has only one member, who is happy, balanced and actively living up to the values, yet the UI notified me that there is a Unity Crisis between the members of the dynasty. I am not sure if my Sim has internal struggles he doesn't tell me about, but I don't know how to resolve this "crisis".
