I’m experiencing several serious issues with the latest expansion, Royalty and Legacies, specifically related to the “Secret Child” system. Here’s what’s happening in my game:

The exact same thing happened to me. Virgilio Capp had a secret child with Cordelia Thebe V., and the little boy was listed in the family tree as such. Then Virgilio was blackmailed and paid the money to keep the scandal from coming to light. Now that the secret is irrelevant, the baby is no longer shown as his secret child, but as Thiago Abrantes' legitimate child in the family tree… There is absolutely no evidence who the real father is. I would find it so disappointing, if the child could never find out about his real heritage. This would literally destroy so many gameplay ideas.

It is my own storyline. But luckily it's working now and the child is still portrayed as Virgilio's secret child :)
