Tag Changed - Here is a pic from an unmodded never before played game. The household is in Ondarion and bought a rental in Tomarang while having joined the noble career. After leaving it, the Tomarang title remained.
I do not think it matters that the sim is a ghost, killed by meteorite within 30sec after starting the game, everything happened after it became a ghost.
This just happened first in a long running game that is using mods with living sims.
For this one I just used motherlode to get a few bucks to buy the rental.
