[RL] Nobel Necessities Counter don't match colors indoors

The new counters from royalty and legacies are bugged indoors. Outdoors they match fine, inside they change colors and do not match the oven or other matching items. Reference pics to see example. You will see that outdoors they are the same color and indoors the color is different from the oven making it not match.
