I'm having a problem myself, and I'm convinced it's a bug with the interface. Those narrow, bright bars on the right are actually on the far left side of the window. :) Besides my studies (I had to leave them because I wouldn't know when to go to which classes. It's a disaster), I have a tarot card assignment. As you can see in the picture, I can use the expanded cursor to expand the panel, but it's hidden behind the interface.
