One of my sims, who is now a queen, cannot host any events, cannot hack computer for secrets, can not start travel but can travel if started by another household sim. On top of minute long lags.

I'm on pc but it only does this for one specific sim. It won't let her travel or do certain actions.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- Do you not have these options or do they not happen ? Did she have them before becoming queen ?
- Can you press M to travel with her ?
are you still having issues with this ? Could you provide the info asked in my earlier post ?
