I am having an issue with my Sims 4 saving. One of two things will happen, either I go to save and get an error code (432:2a7d5db5:f4062171). Or, the games says it saved but when I reopen the save file it reverts to a previous save. It is especially annoying as I am trying to complete the Lost Legacies event and keep losing my progress, which means I am not getting the free rewards. IT SUCKS. I have done everything. I have no mods installed. I've repaired the games multiple times and nothing has changed. HELP!!
Could you please provide the following information
- Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ?
- Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
Regardless of having mods or not. Most of us simmers have COMPLETELY deleted the game and reinstalled multiple times. Deleted, cache data , save folders, deleted all mods. Restarted the computer. So even if we did show you a screenshot what could you do about it?
I've never asked for a screenshot so I'm a bit unsure what you are referring to. I've asked for LastException/LastCrash files.
It's also important to know if a save was never modded or if it had mods that got removed.
There are different issues going on so any error files are helpful to narrow down the cause.
