[RL] Save Error 423:<various numbers>/Issue with Secret

Hello,

I am experiencing the same serious save issue in The Sims 4 Heritage & Royalty pack that other players have reported.

• The game shows Error 423 when I try to save.
• I have no mods or CC installed.
• I have already tried creating a new “The Sims 4” folder, cleaning my save folder, clearing the cache, and checking Windows permissions — nothing fixes the problem.
• The bug happens after roughly 15 hours of play. The game either refuses to save or reverts to a previous save.

I have previously posted a detailed message about this issue, including my attempts to fix it. So far, the only temporary solution is to delete the latest save, which is very frustrating and causes loss of progress.

It seems this bug is affecting multiple players with the Heritage & Royalty pack. Has anyone found a permanent solution?
