Try and add this file: Lastexecption.

Files --> Documents --> EA - The Sims 4 --> lastException. There could be more than one, just add the latest.

Hello, if it helps, here are the lastException files that were generated following à new "Error 423" bug :

I Hope this is the correct file, but I think is. I had cleaned my game folder before the bug appeared again. It is attached.

Has EA responded on your side ? For me, apart from being told "we'll look into it", I haven't received any information. It's a game we juste paid full price for, and whis this kind of bug, we simply can't play anymore :/...
