Thanks for your help. Since this is verified, does the error happen from sims with active scandal that is known and in notebook, or just any sim that ever created a secret (which is all the time)

What is the workaround here? I am seeing mixed answers in the comments. Revert to previous save, and then disable scandals?

Is there any way to find which dead sim caused the error, and would bringing the sim back to life fix the problem?
