[RL] Save Error 423:<various numbers>/Issue with Secret

I am playing a family in Ondarion and recently I have been experiencing various issues in my game. I just started this family and have made significant progress. I do not want to delete the entire family/save to correct this problem. The game has been lagging a lot more recently especially before the patch release on 5/12 just before the release I began having Save Error 423:2a7d5db5:2ec852a4 popping up when I would try to get off the game. I did a google search and have tried the suggestions.  I have deleted my cache files, repaired my game, I have tried the save as options and the recover previous save. I have tried going into manage worlds and save from there. The manage world option has worked once but it has not been consistently working. I have had my game freeze and sound still play and been able to move the cursor and click on things, but they won't actually pop up or select anything. I need some help figuring out what to do next to continue playing.
