[RL] Scandal for 'Lost Duel to Commoner' after loosing to Noble

This may be a working as intended and just weirdly worded or something. I lost a duel to Emelinda Abrantes, who is level 6 in the Noble Career, while my sim is level 4. I got hit with the scandal...

This just happened in my game. My Duke is a Noble 8 and he just had a duel for fun with his son who is Noble 3 and also his Noble Advisor. He lost to his son and got a secret about losing to a commoner.
Hopefully this is a bug and not an intended feature. You should be able to duel your family members for fun without it becoming a secret.
