Hi crinrict ! Apologies for the delay, but as others have confirmed (and I see you've added the tags already) this happens without mods or CC.
I do not have any mods. I usually check the box for "enable custom content and mods" to allow for some CC for another save file. As requested, though, I unchecked the box, restarted the game, and tried again. I was still able to replicate the issue. Both husband and wife had 3-4 positive sentiments before WooHoo, and both lost all but one of the positive sentiments and gained the Secret Witness sentiment after WooHoo.
