I'm not sure if this is a separate bug, or part of the same bug, but I'm putting it here because it seems like its the same sort of thing - my sim's child keeps getting automatically removed and re-added to the family dynasty every time I open the game. Each time I get a notification and her progress resets.
She was the dynasty heir and had been in the dynasty since birth, and was also rank 2. But now she's at the bottom rank. She's not connected to any other dynasties, just the one my current family started.
