[RL] Sims changes Dynasties/Constant message after loading

I think the reason this is such an upsetting bug is that it kind of makes the Royalty & Legacy pack useless... The only point of the pack is to have legitimate dynasties and lineages (royal or not), otherwise you're it's all your own imagination without any real gameplay (as we all played before the pack). The pack brought a legitimate way to have long-running dynasties and actual gameplay to that aspect of the Sims, but without that function the pack is literally just kind of pretty (re-used) items and crowns that don't fit properly. A £35 expansion pack shouldn't have it's core function break just over a month after it's release, so it's understandable that people are upset by it, regardless of whether it's being looked into or not.
