Count Akachi Onoja married Queen Jawara Darong in my game. His title was briefly upgraded to 'King' but now it's back to 'Count' and for some reason he's labeled as "Count of Cuidad Enamorada" even though he's never lived there.
Update: I had Akachi quit the Noble career, and his title updated to 'King.'
at which point did you remove your mods/cc ? Before or after the issue happened ?
crinrict Sorry, I added the wrong tag. Updated to the correct tag of 'Never CC or Mods'
As a workaround, I've found if you cheat to demote then re-promote the kingdom ruler sim (careers.demote noble / careers.promote noble) that seems to reset lost titles for children/spouses.
(or evict them and move them back in if you don't want to cheat - evicting a sim in the noble career demotes them a level)
