[RL] ymTop_EP21TailoredVest has mismatched top/bottom part

This shirt came with Royalty and Legacy, I believe there are 2 variations of it.  It looks like this shirt is meant to be tucked in, with very high waisted pants. Which the pack does not come with....

Hope I added the correct tags, I'm not using any CC, and the only mod I'm using is UI Cheat Extended.

if you have mods or CC you should remove them and test without any,

I changed to mods removed now for this particular issue but in the future, before reporting something, please make sure to test without any mods.
