[RoM] [LDSP] Can't repairio broken plumbing on washing machine

Version 1.113.290.1020 DX11 When the plumbing breaks on a washing machine from the Laundry Day stuff pack, a spellcaster who knows repairio has no option to use magic to repair the washing machine.

After some more play, you can't repairio broken electronics on a washer as well, but only when there is a dryer stacked on top of it. You can repairio washers that are standalone. (checked only on modded games, have to wait for plumbing to break again to be sure you can repairio broken plumbing on a standalone washer.)
