Routing failure when trying to put out fire

Yep, fire was in the same place. Only difference is instead of clicking to call the fire department from the radio, I tried it from the sim's phone.

Was the fire still in the same place the second time it worked or did it spread further ?

No mods except for some of the free stuff like the holiday pack. I am playing on Samsung Galaxybook 4 through Steam/EA App. No it does not happen every time there's a fire, this time was weird. It was the computer initially, then the fire spread inside the house to the radio. I tried putting the radio out separately and it wouldn't let me touch the radio, despite typically letting me touch the radio. I also tried using the "call fire department" action from objects again after the initial firefighters came and did nothing, it put out the "cannot access" bubble again. Eventually, I tried calling the fire department from the phone and that seemed to work. The fire is out now, thankfully. Still, I believe this is probably a bug. When the firefighters came the second time, it seemed to update the initial firefighters and the fire was put out, but I was charged for "being a prankster" lol. I'll take that. over a burned down house.

Does this happen every time you have a fire ? From your pic it doesn't look there's something in the way but since it was the computer but it looks like the stove is on fire, maybe it's something else ?

The fire will spread to other things and then eventually burn out on the other item. Maybe you can put it out once it goes on to another object ?
