[S] [BH] [GT] Throwing Ball fights not performed autonomously as intended

Hello, no mods used, I noticed that snow, water, mud, acid mud ball fights never get performed autonomously by sims in general.

They also do not get performed at all even when directed by the spring/winter/summer & physical games activities claim they are in clubs and small businesses. It seems the interactions in the XML are put in to make those interactions COUNT as being performed, but nothing about autonomously starting them, which is a shame as they're one of the more unique gameplay elements that could truly benefit cozy play.

On PC btw!
