My sims aren't able to ask for presents from Father Winter. They're young adults, teens or children but the "ask" options isn't available. I've had this problem on and off for a long time. I don't...

During Winterfest, after Father Winter has arrived and the child sim has greeted him, the child has no option to ask Father Winter for a present. The young adults in the household were, however, able to ask for and receive presents from Father Winter. Have not tested other life stages.

Found with mods installed, verified after disabling mods.
