I rarely plants on rainy days, and I don't know if this is a normal design, but I think it's strange that they are affected by rain indoors.
Also, this only affects plants just after planting; older plants can be watered as needed.
Maybe the rain inside bug does have more than a visual effect

How explain, I don't know... but this issue is complicated. Because the plants recognize where indoor or outdoor without the doubt, and this issue happens only when planting. In short, it seems the soil can't recognize of the place (or weather) only when planting.
The difinition of indoor is suspected in the indoor weather issue, but in this issue, whether the soil has the recognization of the place (weather) or not.
From a broad perspective, there is no doubt that both are influenced by the weather, but from the perspective of the issue of definition, I think they are different issues.
