[S] Excessive Snow shoveling

I just took a look at the next laundry list mainly about sim autonomy and these cooldown ideas are great, but I didn't see a cooldown for snow shoveling. If you missed this one I seriously implore you to consider adding a 24-hour cooldown to snow shoveling as well because that would be perfect for this upcoming laundry list. Without something along these lines, I still cannot in all good conscious turn snow back on because my sims will continue to run outside the house and randomly shovel snow. If this already has a cooldown on it and I just missed it then thank you wholeheartedly but if not, please add a fix for this before releasing the next laundry list.

Does the team still need save files for this? I still have a save where the snow pile obsession with my Vampires is out of control. I cancel the action and it just pops up again with multiple Sims. 

After the March 2026 patch, my Sims obsessively shovel snow. They did other actions before now all they want to do is shovel snow and make snow angels. 

My Sims have a new hobby: They shovel snow. 

They do it unprompted and randomly. Even, when I tell them to do other things, they run off and start shoveling snow. They find the smallest snow bump between shrubs or off the lot and they start shoveling enthusiastically. 

Feed the infant? Nah, there's still snow to shovel. Feed the horses? Nah, you see, there's still snow. 

While I take snow shoveling duty serious, IRL, I don't see how my Sims have to shovel snow on their ranch. Between shrubs. 

Sims must now be the owners of a lot to want to shovel snow on that lot. This is more realistic, and it'll prevent a reported issue where Ranch Hands were shoveling snow instead of performing their assigned duties on a Ranch.

Fixed in Patch 1.128.90/2.39
