After putting up decorations during Winterfest using the Attic Stack Decoration Box, the Decorate holiday task is blinking rather than solid like it used to be.

I realized that for it to work, the Sim must be on the same floor as the decoration box. If yours was in the attic, the Sim needs to go up to the attic. I don't know if it's a bug, but it's been like this since I got the Seasons expansion pack.
