while playing in the sims 4 I've noticed that the snowmen and snow angels won't melt in the neighborhood. So far it doesn't affect gameplay, but it is very strange to see snowmen, etc, during a heatwave in Summer.

no mods or cc. I just play the game and expansion packs. The snowmen are not on my properties, but out in the world, instead. Their are leaf piles that are the same. My sims cannot interact with them and today I noticed that I cannot harvest plants in the wild. I can search for frogs and dig in piles, though. It's this way in all my worlds.

Did you get these in any world ?
I remember the leaf piles being an issue before. My biggest problem is that I cannot harvest or dig in dirt piles off my lots. It happens in all worlds on all games.

How often does the Bug occur? Always
When I travel somewhere in the world with my Sim in the fall or winter, you can see the leaves from the trees lying on the ground. In winter, you can see the piles of snow.
If I then go to build mode via world management, the leaves and/or piles of snow are visible everywhere, I‘ve traveled with my Sim during those times of year.
This hinders me in build mode. I can‘t place objects near the snow piles, because they block them.
What do you exept to see?
If I go to build mode via world management, I don‘t see any autumn leaves or snow piles, when I travel with my Sim during that time of year.
