[S] Missing tree skirt/present pile under tree

The tree skirt and the present pile that your sim can place under the 'ever delightful evergreen holiday tree' are not shown after performing the interaction. This issue has been there for a while (Missing tree skirt/present pile under tree | EA Forums - 9151450). I guess I'm reporting it again because I cannot find a bug report on it.

The whole evergreen tree is messed up, there is issue with decoration.
