[S] Perceptive Perennial Purple Swatch Doesn't Lose Flowers in Winter

The purple swatch of the Perceptive Perennial Flowers from the base game does not lose its flowers in winter like the rest of the swatches do.
In the image, the purple swatch is on the left and the blue swatch is on the right. Only the purple swatch is affected in this way.
I currently have no mods or CC in my game.
