[S] Sims change into cold weather clothes inside (Patch 1.119.109)

I tried to search for this bug since it's been around for a while, but I can't seem to find it. Sorry if it's alrady registered.

I've had trouble with my sims freezing and getting overheated due to them not properly removing or adding their outdoor clothes. They never take of their clothes when they come inside, causing me to have to manually switch clothes all the time for all my sims in the families.

Expectation: The sims should be able to "feel" the weather and if autonomy is turned on they should be better at recognising the proper outfit for the weather. Perhaps something could be done about this, maybe similar to the shoe rack or even automatic.

I have removed all my mods
I'm playing on a pc

I think this bug has been around for at least a few years. During winter and cold weather days, my sims will autonomously change to the cold weather outfit if they go outside, but when they come back inside they do not autonomously change back to the everyday outfit. I have to manually change their outfits.
