The snow only appears on floors if i'm very close to it and at certain angle , and it does not appear on rooves at all.
There's also problem where the tall grass and other shrubbery is still green ...

yeah, from what i've explored.
Does your game still crash ? Does it matter what world you're playing ?
What graphics settings are you playing on ?
the game does not crash, and my settings are on high, and laptop mode.
the crashing was due to a mod but that was fixed some time ago.
Removing the crashing tag then to avoid confusion.
Could you try for testing what happens if you turn off laptop mode ?
