I've noticed that, even if the weather is cold (with snow), the kids go to school in their daily outfit, even if they were wearing cold weather outfit or night outfit before that, they change to daily then go to school. (they almost froze to death when they came back from school)
I have all the packs, no cc or mods and play on PC

Is it a bug? I always thought this is intended behavior. Like adults change into work clothes, children and teens change into school uniforms (with SE) or into "default" outfit and never into weather appropriate get-up.
I really think they used to wear the appropriate outfits before (except for the ones living in Mt Komorebi)
My children have never dressed appropriately for the weather regardless of whether or not it's a school day. only the adults know how to dress, the kids are always hopeless and i have four of them. ive had kids come home from school and freeze to death because i couldn't change their clothes because the game bugged out on me (shocked face)
