The Father Winter tradition can't be completed for toddlers.
I had three toddlers ask for a gift from father winter and receive them, but the tradition was not marked as completed.

Same happened to me. Never used mods/cc on this save.
The tradition fulfilled for my YA sim, but not my two toddlers.
