[S] Trick or Treaters and NPCs do not spawn in costume
When I use the Trick or Treat holiday activity from Seasons, Sims spawn into the world with randomized clothing options rather than any semblance of a costume. Child Sims appear to always generate with the Day of the Dead face makeup.
